We currently only offer online ordering for select holidays. This option is not available for daily items, but we would be happy to set something aside for you, heat up a slice of quiche or a croissant, or box up some cookies if you call us at 234-706-6088 during our business hours, or email abi@sweetmarysbakery.com.
These are the items you can generally expect to find in our shop on the days we're open this month. Some items may not be available on Thursdays.
PLEASE NOTE: Though we will make these items every day that we're open, we cannot guarantee their availability when you arrive, especially as it approaches our closing time. All items are made fresh daily, from-scratch and by-hand in our small kitchen, and it is not unusual for us to sell-out, so for best results, we recommend calling ahead to check on item availability. You can also purchase most items over the phone for future pickup to ensure you get exactly what you want. Call 234-706-6088 during our business hours for assistance.
These items are NOT available through Door Dash, Uber Eats, Grub Hub, etc, no matter what their websites state. We do NOT work with those companies and have no control over what they tell you or promise you.
Recent inflation on our ingredients has been has high as 40%. To avoid cutting our quality, we have raised prices on some items by no more than 25% (usually less), to help us keep our bills paid. Pricing posted below reflects the increase. Thanks for your understanding!

Vanilla-scented Ube, a naturally purple sweet potato is what gives these vibrant buns their color, and makes an excellent egg-replacer to boot. Filled with housemade coconut jam and topped with a vanilla-coconut glaze, you don't need to be vegan to enjoy these! On our menu for a limited time - how long? These are the real deal. Layer upon flaky layer of expertly laminated dough made with European Butter and lots of hard work. Available in Plain, Chocolate, Almond, and sometimes even Chocolate Almond! Price varies per type.
Available in Standard and GF Varieties. This April we'll be making GF Lemon Blueberry, GF Raspberry Almond, GF Double Chocolate, Blackberry Ginger, Pistachio Rose, Earl Grey and Lemon Lavender. We might switch things up if we get so inclined; call for today's variety.

Fluffy, creamy and dreamy just like any good cheesecake absolutely must be. Flavors include: vanilla (plain) in Standard or Gluten-free, Berries & Cream, Passionfruit & Coconut, or Strawberry. Vanilla Truffle, Chocolate Turtle & Chocolate Raspberry are some of our GF options. Flavors change often, so be sure to call us for today's variety. Whole Cheesecakes may be available in the case, but to ensure you get what you want, we recommend calling at least 48 hours in advance.
A customer favorite, we make this classic Italian dessert completely from scratch, starting with our housemade lady fingers soaked in Akron Coffee Roasters Espresso, layered with a mixture of fresh whipped cream, mascarpone cheese and vanilla pastry cream, then topped with a dusting of Belgian Cocoa. We make ours alcohol-free, so it's safe for kids and won't violate your Dry January. It's decadent and one of our generous slices can easily be shared, though you might not want to!

Made fresh each morning, our bagels are hand-rolled and poached before baking to ensure that soft and chewy texture you love. Add one or all of our housemade cream cheese spreads for a perfect breakfast, lunch or snack. Our variety includes: Plain, Everything, Asiago, Pretzel, Sesame, Pumpernickel and NEW Spring Onion! Current Housemade Cream Cheese Spreads: Bacon & Scallion, Spicy Pimento Cheese, or Garden Veggie. Plain cream cheese or butter available. Try one with Cream Cheese & Lox!
Our big fluffy buttermilk biscuits come in Plain or Cheddar Bacon. Add housemade Sausage Gravy for a Southern-style meal that'll stick to your ribs, or slather with butter and maybe some jam for a Yankee treat. Ask if we've got any of our Akron Honey Butter!
A perfect vegetarian & sometimes vegan (as long as it doesn't have cheese!) lunch or snack option. This herbed & air-filled dough is baked in olive oil for a crispy exterior & a chewy but tender interior. Pair with a cup of our soup (Fall & Winter Only) for a proper meal! Standard flavor is Tomato, Olive & Mozzerella, but we sometimes make it with artichoke hearts, feta, pesto, onions & other fun things. Call ahead for today's focaccia flavor.
Like a hot pocket, but about a 1000x better, in meat or vegetarian varieties. This month: Ham & Swiss, Spinach & Feta, or you might get lucky and find one of our seasonal Chevre & Cherry Tomato croissants...maybe others? Sometimes we get creative. It's fun to stuff things into croissants. :)

A classic we've been wanting to add to our menu forever, it's finally here! Herbed Cream Cheese (very dill-forward), spread onto your choice of one of our fresh baked bagels (we recommend pumpernickel), topped with thinly sliced smoked salmon, capers, thin sliced red onion, and English cucumber.
When we say we make it, we mean we make it, ourselves, fresh & in house. Our sandwiches are no exception. Current selections are Classic Chicken Salad & Curried Egg Salad (though we may expand to other options in the future!), served on a freshly baked Batter Roll (iykyk), or upgrade to a fresh baked croissant. Add lettuce & tomato if you like, or enjoy as is, in it's comforting simplicity. Pick up a bag of Zapp's Chips for just $2, and an ice cold Norka for a satisfying meal under $15.
When we say "croissant" we mean a real, honest to goodness, all-butter, made fresh today, laminated, crispy on the outside, melt in your mouth on the inside, croissant. Not whatever they sell in 4-packs at Costco (no disrespect to Costco). We split it in half and spread each side with a generous amount (but not too much!) of Duke's Mayo, topped with Crispy Applewood Smoked Bacon, Fresh Romaine Lettuce and thick slices of Juicy Beefsteak Tomato. Available to order while the tomatoes are good.

We offer Drip Coffee and Classic Espresso Options, as well as special seasonal Lattes & Mochas, made with our from-scratch syrups and mixes. Non-dairy options available! We proudly use freshly roasted beans from Akron Coffee Roasters which we grind in-house for a super fresh cup.
